Section 25 deals with fireworks, and

Section 87 deals with Permits.

As regards the new section 22 (substituted by section 3 of

the present Ordinance, for the former section 22 of Ordinance 13 of 1888.), it limits the hours for playing the Chinese reed pipe as well as the drum and gong, which two lattar instruments alone were dealt with by the section now repealed.
